Artistic Practice

My journey as an artist began on stage and continues to shape the way I create, teach, and collaborate. I am driven by curiosity, vulnerability, and a constant desire to find greater depth and meaning in movement. The questions, “What does this mean to me?”, “How does this make me feel?”, and “How can I share this feeling?” continue to guide my artistic exploration, encouraging me to look beyond the physicality of movement and connect more deeply with the work.

While we all experience a vast array of unique life events, the emotions we feel are universal. I believe dance offers a powerful way to explore those shared emotions and connect with one another. By bringing honesty and vulnerability to my work, I hope to invite audiences to see themselves, their experiences, and the human experience from another perspective.
